About Jess
Bio
My own experience with trauma led me to explore the ways in which I have physically held onto the events of my life for years. I have made it my mission to provide a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space to those I work with. I believe that mindful movement can serve as a powerful tool for release and healing, both physically and mentally, and I’m thankful to integrate my therapeutic and Pilates experience to provide a holistic approach to care.
When I’m not working, I love taking walks in Central Park, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with my husband.

Client Reviews
“During postpartum, I was dealing with so much physical discomfort and pain, and mentally I was not in a great place either. I decided to give pelvic floor therapy a try…
Jess has been exactly the person I needed during this difficult time. She is incredibly professional, yet also personable, kind, and welcoming. She creates such a safe and supportive space, and every session feels like dedicated time for healing and improvement. What I appreciate most is how focused Jess is on my individual healing journey. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything thoroughly, and create a realistic plan that works for me and my lifestyle. Her energy is calming, encouraging, and genuinely caring.”

“Came [to pelvic floor therapy] in pain, confusion, and frustration after not getting helpful info from my primary care doctor about my bladder issues. From my first visit, I've gotten empathy, education, and relief thanks to pelvic floor therapy. I can't recommend this enough. I've been seeing Jessica for a couple of months and I'm healthier, happier, and much more knowledgeable about my body. I recommend for everyone, but especially anyone in pain where your legs and body meet, or having weird things like bladder issues. This has been life-changing!”

“I worked with Jess during my recovery from endometriosis related surgery. I'm so thankful for everything she taught me and I still use the techniques we covered every week. Thank you Jess!!!”
